5 Sizes in the watches:  XXS = 14.5cm, XS = 16cm, S = 17cm, M = 18cm, L = 19cm

Can the battery be changed?

-     Yes, we do recommend that you take your watch to a jeweller or watch repair shop to change the battery.

-     Should you wish to change the battery yourself, please use battery type SR626SW.

-     Carefully unscrew the 2 external screws and remove the watch case from the silicon band. Remove the back of the watch case and change the battery.

-     Assemble the watch in reverse order.

Can I use the watch in the water?

Yes you can, the watch is water resistant to 10 metres.  We do not recommend you use it for scuba diving.  To protect the silicon seal, do not submerge your watch in hot water or wear in a hot shower.

How durable is the watch?

The watch contains precision electronic components.  To ensure the best wear, please follow these guidelines:

-       Avoid leaving your watch in any extremes for long periods of time e.g. direct sunlight, extremely warm or cold conditions:

o    extreme heat may shorten the battery life, and

o    extreme cold will cause time loss or gain.

-       Avoid extreme shock or impact, the watch is design for normal use.

-       Do not operate any of the function buttons when the watch is submerged in water.

-       Do not submerge your watch in hot water or wear in a hot shower.

-       Keep your watch clean with a soft cloth and water only.

How do I stop the strap snapping?

When taking the watch on and off, never ‘roll’ the watch off your wrist as this puts strain on the silicon.  Rather ease the watch off by hooking a finger under the band and edging the watch off by moving your finger around your wrist and over your hand.

How long does the health benefit last for?

For a minimum of 18 to 24 months (although 36 months is often quoted).

How many items should I wear to maximise the benefit?

It is beneficial to wear a bracelet with a watch in combination, alternatively to wear both bracelets from a pack at one time.

Is it safe to wear negative ion gear during pregnancy?

Negative ions are found abundantly in nature, particularly next to running water. They are odourless, and completely harmless.  Please see the following link for more information on negative ions:

http://www.webmd.com/balance/features/negative-ions-create-positive-vibes

The natural substance that is used to generate the negative ion is tourmaline crystals, similarly there are no health warnings relating to pregnancy.  Negative ions are beneficial throughout pregnancy and beyond.

What colour tourmaline is used in the silicon?

The tourmaline crystals used are white and these are reduced to a powder form and added with the germanium to the silicon.
